• We want you to love your purchase! If for some reason it is not what you were expecting, you can return items within 10 days of receiving your order, provided they are unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return:

• Contact Us: To start a return, simply send your inquiry to Returns@amextracts.com
• Provide Proof: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.

Important Details:

• Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Products: Used Products - Products that have been open and or used (it is a violation of health regulations for us to accept these)

• Products with no verifiable proof of purchase                              
•  Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs. Please note that if the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in the item's value.

What If There Is an Issue?

• We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, we will make it right.

• Timeframe for Issues: Please message us within seven days of delivery if you have any issue with a product.              
• Our Responsibility: For these exceptions, we will cover the return shipping costs, gladly replace the item upon its return, or offer a full refund.
